Location of our villas

All three properties are located close to each other. Villa Gremos & Villa Castro are separated by a wall, while Villa Mouria is only three walking minutes away from the other two villas.

All the three villas are located within a short walking distance from the main square of Koskinou village.

Parking

The guests have below options:

  1. Park at the main square of Koskinou and stroll through the winding alleys of the village until they reach the villa, or
  2. Park near the villa as follows:

– VILLA CASTRO (1 private parking space) situated 10 meters from the villa

– VILLA GREMOS (1 private parking space) situated  40 meters from the villa

– VILLA MOURIA public parking available at 60-100 meters from the villa.

Mediterranean Cooking

(Available optionally)

Greek cuisine lesson day. Starts with getting the ingredients while touring the open AIR FRUIT AND VEGETABLE market (“LAIKI”) of the city of Rhodes. Return to the villa and participate in preparing popular greek dishes. Getting accustomed with the spices of the Greek cuisine and of course enjoy eating what was cooked. Free house wine provided.

There are many beaches only about 5-10 minutes drive from the square of Koskinou. Just to name three of the most popular ones:

There are four restaurants within a three minute walking distance from each one of our villas (Villa Castro, Villa Mouria, Villa Gremos):

They all serve Greek food and they all put their tables in the street alleys (where cars are not allowed to pass). BTW, it is not uncommon for customers to drive from far away just to eat at those places.

There are also three places serving breakfast/coffee/snacks which are located in the main square of Koskinou village (Jasmine Cafe is the latest addition), a mere three minute walking distance from any of our villas.

Even though there are so many eating spots near our villas the houses themselves are very quiet. Villa Castro is located at the dead end of an alley; Villa Mouria is located on a village road that is hardly ever used by cars; Villa Gremos is located on a pedestrian alley.

Eating IN

We can arrange for either breakfast and/or dinner to be served in any of our villas (Villa Castro, Villa Mouria, Villa Gremos) at a price of 5-15 euro per person – minimum 4 persons – depending on the guests’ choice (greek, continental, english, asian).

Airport transport

We can arrange for airport transfer at a total cost of 50 euro for up to four persons.

Buses

There is a bus stop/terminal in the square of the village of Koskinou.

Taxis

Radio taxis are readily available. There is also a taxi office located in the square of the village of Koskinou.

Car rental

There are many car rental offices in the island of Rhodes. We can assist you in renting a car at competitive rates with free pick up and return of the car at the airport.
